Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a smile

• Maintain eye contact and communicate clearly with guests

• Serve guests with enthusiasm and hospitality

• Create positive connections with guests

• Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

• Work well with team members to deliver excellent service

• Follow all Chick-fil-A standards and policies

• Keep work areas clean and organized

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Consistent and reliable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 30–60 pounds regularly

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
