Job Summary The Director, Market Access Strategy and Payer Marketing is responsible for developing and leading U.S. market access, reimbursement, pricing, and payer marketing strategies across a portfolio of inline and pipeline products. This role serves as a strategic partner to Brand, Medical Affairs, Value & Evidence, Market Access, Analytics, and Commercial teams to ensure optimal patient access, payer coverage, product differentiation, and value realization.
