Position Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist serves as a strategic and operational partner to management and employees by delivering comprehensive Human Resources services that support organizational objectives. This position supports employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, talent development, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.

Working conditions:

Professional office environment with occasional travel requirements.

- Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.

- Conduct employee relations investigations and support corrective action processes.

- Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, selection, onboarding and orientation activities.

- Support performance management, talent reviews and succession planning processes.

- Administer compensation, benefit and leave programs.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.

- Maintain HRIS data and employee personnel records.

- Coordinate training and organizational development initiatives.

- Prepare HR metrics, dashboards and workforce analytics reports.

- Partner with leadership to support retention, engagement and culture initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of Human Resources experience.

Preferred Quakification

Master’s Degree, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR certifications preferred.
