What’s a typical day as Human Resources (HR) Generalist? You’ll be:

- Providing on-site HR support for PR Operations, ensuring a seamless HR presence while the site HRBP focuses on US-wide priorities.

- Managing day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office, including administration of policies, procedures, and programs.

- Handling employee relations matters, revising employee handbooks, and supporting awareness campaigns for HR self-service resources.

- Leading projects such as job description updates and employee file digitalization.

- Carrying out responsibilities across departmental development, HRIS, training, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.

- Coordinating implementation of HR services and programs and advising company leadership on HR issues.

- Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director.

- Hold a bachelor’s degree (required).

- Have 7+ years of professional human resources experience (required).

- Are detail-oriented with experience in employee relations, HRIS, training, and organizational development.
