Three year's experience that demonstrates knowledge of automotive mechanics, automotive troubleshooting or auto body repair and welding and safety procedures to be able to instruct participants in the program being administered. Knowledge of financial records and budget process. Knowledge of retail automotive business practices preferred. Knowledge of the methods for promoting programs and responsible administrative, professional and technical work requiring knowledge of operating an automotive hobby skills development center. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing. Experience which demonstrates knowledge of general mechanical experience, mechanical management, trades work and oversight of a hobby skills development center. Must have at least one current (1) ASE certification. Valid state driver's license is required.
