Sobre el empleo
El anuncio original está en inglés.
You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst with Bureau of Land Management. Location negotiable - Required to report to a BLM Office. Note this is not a remote position. We expect to fill one vacancy at this time; however, additional positions may be filled from this announcement if they become available. Pay will vary based on grade level and/or duty location for which you're selected. First time hires to the Federal government normally start at the step 1 rate.
Requisitos
All qualifications must be met by the closing date of this announcement - 11/09/2026-unless otherwise stated in this vacancy announcement. Competitive candidates must also meet Time-in-Grade requirements as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. For current Federal employees, if hours worked per week are not included on your resume, you must submit a non-award SF-50 as part of your application to be used to validate your work schedule and determine the amount of specialized experience that you will be granted. An award SF-50 will not be acceptable documentation for which to consider your amount of qualifying experience. For periods of time that reflect military service, the DD-214 or Statement of Service is sufficient to meet the work schedule requirement as the service dates will be reflected. For all other applicants who are not current federal employees, your resume must state either "full-time" (or "40 hours a week") or "part-time" with the number of hours worked per week to ensure proper crediting of specialized experience. Minimum Qualification Requirements: To qualify for this position, you must meet the following minimum qualifications. Experience: GS-09: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level GS-07 in the federal service. Specialized experience at this level is defined as: Preparing and compiling records and reports on program goals; Developing, tracking, and monitoring budget planning and execution at a unit or program level; Independently devising planning and implementation of administrative tracking and management systems; Evaluating and preparing reports and formulating recommended action; Analyzing results of administrative tasks or programs; Preparing cost comparisons; Providing advisory services to upper management on budget management practices; and/or Providing direction and interpretation of policy, procedures, and guidelines. -OR- Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree -OR- 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree -OR- LL.B. or J.D., if related Combination of education and experience as listed above.
