Technical Analyst, Health Information Technology Unit (O-5 Billet) Non-Supervisory

ICE Health Service Corps seeks a Technical Analyst to support technology solutions that improve health care delivery and business operations. Duties include application and workflow support, requirements gathering, testing, documentation, user training, troubleshooting, and project coordination. Candidates should be detail-oriented, strong communicators, and able to learn new technology platforms. This position is only open to USPHS officers and Call to Active Duty (CAD) candidates.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Use a computer for extended periods. Participate in telephone calls or virtual meetings for extended periods. Use average manual dexterity for computer operation. Perform occasional bending or movement associated with office work. Travel occasionally in support of IHSC facilities, project requirements, or mission needs. If the incumbent is a clinician, the incumbent may be required to perform clinical activities within the scope of the incumbent's license and applicable agency requirements during periods of critical agency need.
