Senior ICAM Technical Lead

Qualifications required: 10+ years of cybersecurity, IAM, or ICAM experience. Experience leading enterprise identity modernization initiatives. Experience operating in federal environments. Experience serving as a technical lead, architect, or senior engineer. Demonstrated ownership of strategy, roadmap development, and execution. Experience supporting federal cybersecurity, Zero Trust, and compliance requirements. Core ICAM Technical Expertise Required in Areas of: Identity Governance & Administration (IGA); Privileged Access Management (PAM); Access Management and Federation; Authentication and MFA; PKI and Certificate Management; Credential Lifecycle Management; Role-Based and Attribute-Based Access Control; Zero Trust Architecture. Technologies which must have strong hands on experience: Microsoft Entra ID; Okta; SailPoint / IGA; CyberArk / PAM; PKI and certificate services; Federation (SAML, OIDC, OAuth); Zero Trust identity architectures; Lightweight Directory Access Protocol; Cloud identity services (Azure, AWS) Certifications Required (at least one of the following): Certified Identity and Access Management (CIAM); Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP); CompTIA Security + Competencies: Define technical roadmaps; Lead cross-functional teams without formal supervisory authority; Oversee modernization efforts; Mentor engineers and administrators; Communicate effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders; Drive automation and process improvement; Translate mission requirements into technical solutions Please read the following important information to ensure we have everything we need to consider your application: It is your responsibility to ensure that you submit appropriate documentation prior to the closing date.
