Specialized experience is defined as: Supervising or leading personnel and coordinating organizational operations to accomplish Directorate mission requirements. This includes managing workloads, staff assignments, leadership taskers, and suspense-driven actions; establishing internal controls; and analyzing personnel, funding, equipment, space, contractor, and other resource requirements; AND evaluating program performance, implementing corrective actions and process improvements, developing and maintaining policies and standard operating procedures, supporting strategic and workforce planning, monitoring contractor performance, and coordinating the execution of programs, projects, and initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and senior-leader priorities.
