Cómo está el pago

Anuncia $15.00 por hora. Está por encima del salario mínimo de Puerto Rico ($10.50).

A 40 horas: $600 brutos y unos $552 después de Seguro Social (6.2%), Medicare (1.45%) y SINOT (0.3%).

Antes de la retención de contribución de Hacienda, que depende de tus exenciones (formulario 499 R-4), y de plan médico o retiro si te los descuentan.

Join Kelly ® Life Science team as Materials QA Technician to work at a leading medical device company in east area . This opportunity could be the one you’ve been looking for.

Salary : $15 per hour plus benefits

Shift : 2nd Shift

Location: Puerto Rico east area (needs to be onshore), travel regularly between Caguas, Gurabo, San Lorenzo, Vega Alta, and Manatí. Mileage and toll reimbursement will be provided according to company policy.

- *Must comply with minimum established requirements to qualify.

Requirements:

- Associate degree in Natural Sciences or a related scientific discipline required.

- Minimum one (1) year of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Materials Management, Warehouse Operations, or a related role within a regulated industry; Medical Device industry experience strongly preferred.

- Working knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance requirements, and inventory management systems (MES experience preferred).

- Strong attention to detail with experience in documentation control, inventory accuracy, and discrepancy investigations.

- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication (Spanish and English proficient), and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment.

- Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle in good operating condition (larger vehicles such as SUVs, crossovers, or spacious sedans preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating, transporting, handling, inspecting, and documenting QA samples and non-conforming materials within a regulated manufacturing environment.

- Supporting quality operations, including managing HOLD cage inventory, preparing pallets for sterilization, and removing or segregating non-conforming batches.

- Performing re-labeling activities, verifying inventory, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining accurate batch records.

- Conducting compliance audits, supporting process improvements, and participating in departmental projects.

- Ensuring adherence to all company safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
