Qualifications

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or equivalent) required .

Minimum 5 years of pharmacy technician experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in a specialty pharmacy, retail pharmacy or high- volume environment.

Strong experience in fulfillment operations, scheduling, and team management.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast- paced setting.

Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and fulfillment software.

Project management experience preferred.

Process- driven mindset with continuous improvement orientation.

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

This role is based in a specialty pharmacy environment with prolonged standing, walking, and occasional lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
