Resumen

Job Summary:

Analyzes program data and key performance indicators to interpret trends, assess forecast‑versus‑actual results, and prepare financial and program forecasts. Prepares clear reports and presentations that communicate performance insights to support accurate planning and informed decision‑making.

Job Description:

Analyzes large volumes of program data, including KPIs, by compiling and manipulating information in spreadsheets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business decisions.

Prepares clear reports and coordinated presentations by summarizing and interpreting complex data to communicate departmental and program performance and support effective performance tracking.

Assesses program performance by comparing forecast vs. actual data for quality, cost, and schedule, and reviews projections to ensure accuracy and alignment with changing conditions and goals.

Prepares financial and program forecasts by interpreting and corroborating relevant data to ensure alignment with established goals and support informed decision‑making.

Follows established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.

Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services.

Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.

Additional Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer or Industrial Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics or related field is required.

Experience

3 years' experience in data analysis, reporting, process improvement, business strategic support (interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, forecast, statistical results) and other analytical functions.

Experience using business systems or analytic platforms.

Additional Qualifications:

Additional experience may substitute for required education when it aligns with the competencies and knowledge necessary for the role:

Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Computer, Economics, Data Analytics or related field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of experience performing similar functions and at least 3 years of experience performing a previous Analyst role.

High School or equivalent (GED) when accompanied by a minimum of 8 years of experience performing similar functions and at least 5 years of experience performing a previous Analyst role.

Competencies (Skills)

Data Analysis: Interprets complex data sets and KPIs to identify trends and generate insights that support sound business decisions.

Performance Reporting: Prepares clear reports and presentations that effectively communicate program and departmental performance.

Forecasting and Evaluation: Assesses forecast‑versus‑actual results and prepares accurate financial and program forecasts to guide planning.

Technical Proficiency: Utilizes advanced tools such as spreadsheets, BI platforms, reporting software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS‑Project, Asset Suite, and Power BI to manage data and produce accurate, high‑quality analyses and reports.

Attention to Detail: Reviews and corroborates data and projections to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
