Required qualifications and academic background:

- Requires entry- to mid-level expertise in a manufacturing process environment.

- BS in Industrial Engineering with manufacturing environment experience.

- US citizenship is a must.

Preferred qualifications:

- Detail-oriented and self-driven professionals.

- Ability to communicate effectively within the organization.

- Fully bilingual (English-Spanish).

- Prior experience in process modeling, highly desired.

- Prior experience in manufacturing process design, highly desired.

- SAP experience is a plus.

- Proficient in MS Excel.

- Proficient in waste identification and time observations.

- Highly adaptable individual capable of multitasking within tasks.

- Cost modeling experience highly desired .
