Requirements
- All openings are for bilingual candidates (Spanish and English).
- Customer Service / Call Center: one year or more of customer service or production-environment experience, and availability Monday through Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
- Pharmacy Technician: previous pharmacy technician experience, an active Puerto Rico Pharmacy Technician license, and availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and Saturdays between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- Medical Billing Coordinator / Data Entry: one year or more of experience with medical records, medical billing or health information, and availability for rotating shifts Monday through Sunday between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.
