MyPRjobs (myprjobs.com) is a job directory for Puerto Rico. By using the site you accept these terms. They are written in plain language on purpose: they describe how the service actually works.

What we offer

We publish job openings gathered from official sources (such as USAJOBS and Empleos.pr.gov), from employers' own career portals, and from local employers who submit them directly. Every listing links to its source to apply. MyPRjobs is not the employer of any listed position, takes no part in hiring decisions and does not process job applications: applying always happens on the employer's or the agency's own portal.

Free for job seekers

Searching for jobs, creating email alerts and using the resume builder costs nothing and requires no account. We never charge a person to apply for a job or to access a listing. If someone asks you for money in MyPRjobs' name to get you a job, it is fraud: report it.

Employers who post

  • Listings must be for real positions, in Puerto Rico, from the posting employer.
  • Every submitted listing is reviewed before it is published, and we may reject or remove a listing that breaks these rules or receives complaints.
  • A listing may not ask applicants for money, deposits or payments of any kind.
  • The employer is responsible for the content of its listing and for complying with applicable labor laws, including anti-discrimination laws.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done from your account. You can delete your account and its data at any time from "My account" or through the contact page. We may suspend accounts that publish fraudulent or abusive content.

Your content

What you write in the resume builder is yours. Listings submitted by an employer remain the employer's; by submitting them, the employer authorizes us to display them on the site and to promote them on our social networks (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube) while they are active.

Our content on YouTube

We publish short videos summarizing job openings on our YouTube channel (@MyPRjobs). Those videos are also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. The details of how we use YouTube services are in our privacy policy.

Limits of responsibility

We work to keep the published information accurate and current: listings from automatic sources sync daily and expired ones are marked as such. Even so, the service is provided "as is": we do not guarantee that a listing is still available at the moment you apply, nor the outcome of any application. The employment relationship, if one forms, is between you and the employer.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date above. Changes apply from the moment they are published on this page.
