Requirements
- Call Center – Health Plans: command of English and Spanish, customer service experience and availability for rotating shifts Monday through Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
- Accounts Payable Officer / Accounting Assistant: experience in accounts payable, invoice processing or related accounting duties, plus Excel and computer systems; Monday to Friday, daytime hours.
- Medical Billing Coordinator: command of English and Spanish and at least one year of experience with clinical records, medical billing or health plans; availability Monday through Sunday between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.
- Client Service Manager: advanced professional English and experience in customer service, account management, operations or supervision; Monday to Friday daytime, with flexibility for operational needs.
- Operations Coordinator: professional command of English and Spanish, computer systems skills and experience in administrative support, operations or customer service.
- Bilingual Talent Recruiter: experience in recruiting, sales or customer service, with professional command of English and Spanish.
