- Call Center: one year or more of customer service experience, availability to work on-site in San Juan, and availability Monday through Sunday for shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
- Medical Billing Coordinator: one year or more of experience in medical billing, medical records or health information, and availability Monday through Sunday for shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.
