CUSTODIAL WORKER (HOUSEKEEPER)

About the position: This is a flexible position, you will be assigned to The High Desert Inn on Edwards Air Force Base, California. Clean lodging guest rooms, corridors, stairways, facilities, and other assigned lodging areas by sweeping, mopping, waxing, dusting, polishing, etc.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Be able to follow simple oral and written instructions. Have the ability to use hand or lightweight powered cleaning tools or equipment. Be physically able to frequently lift and empty wastebaskets as well as lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds. Have the ability to continuously stand, stoop, and reach for long periods of time. Satisfactorily complete a Tier 1 background check/National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
