Paychecks for Patriots Hiring Fair

What it's about
A fair with several employers from different industries in one place. The first hour is for veterans and eligible individuals only; from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. it is open to all. You need an Employ Florida profile and a current resume, and CareerSource Capital Region staff can help with your resume and interview prep. Registering is recommended for faster check-in, but walk-ins are welcome.

Show up ready
- Bring several copies of your resume. Build it at Resume builder (it has a fair mode).
- Bring a photo ID; some venues (military bases, colleges) ask for it at the door.
- Arrive early: the first hours usually have the shortest lines, and at veterans' fairs the first hour may be for veterans only.
- Have one sentence ready on the job you want and your experience. If you are bilingual, say so: it is an advantage in many of these jobs.
