APPOINTMENT STATUS: EXCEPTED This is a Title 5 Excepted Service position in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Application must indicate at least 24 months experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience can be providing guidance and quality assurance of CDC administration across the assigned organizations, tracking corrective actions and provides consultation on policy implementation, and track course material security and scheduling. QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE: Length of time is not of itself qualifying. Candidates' experience should be evaluated on the basis of duties performed rather than strictly on the rank of the individual; however, established compatibility criteria/assignments must be followed. The applicant's record of experience, training, and education must show possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to fully perform the duties of the position to be filled.
