What it's about
Workforce Solutions Alamo's largest hiring event of the year, with more than 100 employers and local support organizations. From 9 to 10 a.m. is the priority hour for veterans, transitioning service members and their families; from 10 a.m. it is open to all job seekers. There are on-site interviews for immediate openings and parking is free.

Show up ready
- Bring several copies of your resume. Build it at Resume builder (it has a fair mode).
- Bring a photo ID; some venues (military bases, colleges) ask for it at the door.
- Arrive early: the first hours usually have the shortest lines, and at veterans' fairs the first hour may be for veterans only.
- Have one sentence ready on the job you want and your experience. If you are bilingual, say so: it is an advantage in many of these jobs.
