Specialized experience is defined as independently performing journey-level electrical tasks, including installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electrical systems, secondary power distribution, and digital control systems in commercial, industrial, or secure federal facilities; AND interpret blueprint schematics, ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), and executing specialized installation requirements for secure infrastructure (such as ICD 705 SCIF and TEMPEST-capable environments) with minimal technical supervision.
